That is what this site says.
Read their argument. It makes sense. The more hits and links these unscrupulous sites get from outraged Paul supporters, the more it increases their Google Page Rank.
The site seems useful otherwise. Give it a look.

HI, Ron Pauls votes are still being deleted and then I get deleted from making comments cause I asked why they are being deleted… what gives???
