BALDWIN WINS CONSTITUTION PARTY NOMINATION!!!

Posted under Alan Keyes & Chuck Baldwin & Constitution Party & Election 2008

From the Convention in Kansas City, I am very excited to report that Chuck Baldwin has defeated Alan Keyes, his principle opponent for the nomination. Congratulations to the CP. They did the right thing. A non-interventionist party nominated a non-interventionist candidate. Keyes would have split and destroyed the Party. Baldwin is nearly flawless on the issues.

I’ll have more to say later when I have more access to the Internet.

Chuck Baldwin in 2008!

I’m Excited!…………..It’s a beautiful thing to cast your vote in principle, instead of simply being a “Party Lemming”!

Now, I would like to see Ron Paul “Stir things up so much at the GOP Convention” that real conservatives take a look at the CP based on Ron Paul’s speeches that awaken them!

Would it not be rich for Ron Paul to enter the GOP convention with the same attitude as Jesus in the Temple?……………”You are all a den of theives!!!”

A big bullet doged by the CP. Thank the Lord Chuck Baldwin decided to run because considering who else they had that was running for President, Keyes would have won by default.

Congrats to Rev. Baldwin for his nomination. Good work by one and all!

Very happy with the news of Dr. Baldwin’s nomination and very happy that the Party rejected the discredited Alan Keyes, who I agree would have further marginalized the Party. Question: who was nominated for Vice-President? I’ve done some searching this morning and come up with nothing. The Constitution Party website was of no help in this, either. I think we have a good candidate, but when fundamental news of this nature is so difficult to find it illustrates one of the big problems we have. The goal for this year–as I see it–isn’t impossible: to break into the 1-2% category, establishing the CP as the authentic third party in America, past the Libertarians. Still, some basic things have to be put in place in order to communicate with voters.

I’d like to see these names in Baldwin’s administration.

Tom Tancredo for all Immigration issues/plus affirmative action.
Pat Buchanan for Trade and bringing jobs back.
Judge Roy Moore for Homeschooling/Marriage ammendment/other God issues.
Ron Paul for IRS/Federal Reserve and Foreign Policy.

And whoever is the youngest of the above names should be his running mate.

ERIC, while Judge Moore is a strong defender of family, I’ve not seen any evidence that he is for amending the Constitution. I think he’s pretty much where Ron Paul is on the issues.

Pretty soon I’d like to read Henry Hazlitt’s “Economics in One Lesson”, so I could also recommend it to you. It is lauded in all circles as one of the most important and comprehensive introductory books you’d ever find. Protectionism is a knee-jerk reaction that hotheads who don’t understand economics tend to have.

Eric, and put William Lind as Secretary of Defence. He could best advise how to bring troops home and how to restructure what we retain.

If what you propose were passed, the US would become much healthier.

Don’t forget Andrew Bacevich for the Defenese Department or the NSC.
