Can anyone help me out with McCain’s Senate record on judges?
The Republican excuse for voting Obama is McSame will appoint conservative judges. Is there any basis to this at all? Politicians will promise anything to get elected.

It’s common wisdom to go with an opportunist politician over a leftist ideologue who actually believes in the Marxism he pushes, and Obama very much appears to be a believer. But is Obama competent?
Or will Obama be a 4 year O.J. Simpson trial joke (to paraphrase Brimelow), and failing to elect him now make him into a martyr as MLK became a martyr by being shot before he could make a fool of himself?
Does Obama threaten the 2nd Amendment? Will he bring hate speech laws that extend over the Internet?
Will we see another WACO, another Ruby Ridge?

My vote doesn’t count in my solid red Southern state, and I’m voting Baldwin no matter what; but I want to hear what others think regardless. I’m ready to listen; let’s discuss.

There’s far too much emotion involved in this election, and if I had any sense I wouldn’t even discuss it.
So, others are welcome to post under aliases for fear of persecution by hot blooded conservatives, haha.

Note: Brimelow’s comment was made here in light of Obama’s wacky past, not because of Obama being black.
My associating him with MLK had to do with their both being leftist black heroes who happen to appear incompetent. That’s not the same as saying all blacks are so.

Good point Weaver………I’m also waiting for someone to ask Obama “In mathmatical terms of minimum and maximum annual incomes, what are you calling the middleclass”??? (He never misses a chance to say he’s for protecting the middleclass?)
As for the kind of Judges McAmnesty would appoint?; we tend to forget that Sandra Day O’conner was a Reagan apointment and Dubya served up Harriet Myers while defending Gonzo to the bitter end as AG.
My gut feelings are that McCain want’s the title of appointing the first Hispanic to the “Supremes” over any ideology or principle? (At best a moderate.)
Homeland Security—Juan Fernandez.
Sec. of State——-Joe Lieberman.
Sec. of Defense—-Paul Wolfowitz.
etc,etc,etc.

It is interesting to note that, during the Saddleback Church debate on August 16, 2008, Rick Warren asked John McCain which Supreme Court justices he would not have nominated.
McCain named David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsurg, Stepher Breyer and John Paul Stephens. It just so happens that John McCain voted to confirm 3 of these 4 justices to the court to include: David Souter in 1990, Ruth Bader Ginsburg in 1993 and Stephen Breyer in 1994.
It is also interesting to note that all four of these justices voted to uphold McCain-Feingold in 2003.

It’s a “bitter pill” for me to swallow, yet I know that “POWER” has to be given up from both the executive branch and the judicial branch, restrengthening the legislative branch. (Our Founding Fathers understood that their lies the largest voice of the people.)
And yet for 6 years, the Bush Administration controled everything, and did the opposite! They even invented new branches/agencies such as “Homeland Security”, and trashed “Posse Comitatas” to centralize more power within the executive branch. (Did they think that Dubya would always be Emperor?)
The Dems will now OWN that power, and extend the marxist agenda with the Likudnics still advising all. (Communism was born of the womb of Zionism).
