This kind of nonsense disgusts me. People like Mayor Villaraigosa couldn’t care less what Jesus thinks so they shouldn’t dare invoke His name. The Bible is unambiguously clear in its denunciation of homosexual conduct. Those who pretend it isn’t are either ignorant or intentionally disingenuous. Mayor V. is the latter.

Bullshit! No wonder that it comes from Villaraigosa, he is a copycat, never has balls to express his honest opinion, always looking for more votes like his friend Gavin Newsom.
Mr. Mayor: The PEOPLE have spoken! What else do you need?
No illegal immigrants, No GAY marriages period. Do NOT brainwash us!
You are a piece of Shit Mr. Mayor! Live with it!

Last time I checked didnt Jesus preach to love all and not to spread hate and lies?
So then in effect wouldnt he love gays and wish for them to be able to express their love the way they want to instead of being persecuted by law?
And the bible is very ambiguous…even the homosexual stuff in it is up for interpretation.

“Thou shall not discriminate”?…………I don’t remember that one?
But I’m familiar with: Lev.18:22, Lev.20:13, Deu.22:5, 1Cor.6:9, Rom.1:26.

Andrew, give me a break. Are you spoofing? The Bible couldn’t be clearer in its condemnation of homosexual conduct.

How are they being persecuted by law?

The individuals interpretation of the Bible isn’t the “end all”. Remember, that is for what the Magesterium of the Church was established. The Church tells us that homosexuality is disordered, and that marriage is a sacrament between a man and a woman. The Bible, naturally, concurs, but it need not be specific about every strange perversion Mayor Villaraigosa might happen to imagine.

Seeking to convert the sinner and instructing the ignorant are two of the seven spiritual works of mercy. After his own sinful inclinations, the sinner has no greater stumbling block than someone who would encourage him in his sin. This is a scandal and is itself a great sin. Homosexual acts are self-destructive spiritually and physically. Encouraging homosexuality, by normalising it, makes as much sense as encouraging suicide.

Common sense must prevail!………………….Who would get excited about their son anouncing that they were in love with another man?
If the answer is “YES”………………………………You need de-programing from Political Correctness!…………….And your wife is most likely already having an affair?……………………..Ha-Ha………………..
