Souter is Stepping Down; I have a Suggestion to Replace Him

Good riddance to “Justice” Souter who has the blood of millions of babies on his hands. And don’t fool yourself for one minute that Bush the Elder didn’t know that about him when he appointed the constitutionally illiterate charlatan. Maybe Sandra Day O’Conner and he can discuss penumbras when they are sharing that special piece of real estate set aside for them in the deepest darkest reaches of Hell.

Anyway, I have a suggestion to replace him: Kevin R. C. Gutzman, author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution and Who Killed the Constitution. Can anyone think of a better originalist?

Gutzman is a staunch a-racialist. Wouldn’t be my pick.

WE can be almost certain that Scouter’s replacement will be a black lesbian communist who hasn’t filed tax returns in years.

So, who would be your pick?

If Obama’s anything like Clinton, the replacement will be another left-wing Jew.

I’ve heard a few CP people suggesting Judge William Dyke. I have no idea what his opinions on any issues are–all I know is that he was Lester Maddox’s vice presidential candidate in 1976–and that he is from Wisconsin. That would disqualify him for me.

And the Ron Paul people are talking up Judge Napalitano.
