What are the Neocons Going to do if Ahmadinejad Loses the Election?

I’m not the only one who thinks the neocons are secretly rooting for Ahmadinejad.

Oh No!…….Who will the “Likudnics” have to demonize?

Oh, I forgot? Hitler, and more of those never ending “Holohoax Documentaries” for those that like to look at dead jews from 66 years ago!………….It’s getting old.

Alright, buddy, this is just a little bit far out of line. Aside from the fact that nobody around here probably cares enough to pay attention to your insipid comments, trademarked as they are by poor grammar, bad premises, and a sub-100 IQ, irreverently calling the Holocaust a “hoax” and having the audacity to say “dead jews” makes you look like the elderly bigot you’re probably accused of being.

Mir-Hossein Mousavi sounds very much like a moderate.

Though he does support the continued nuclear program, which is ostensibly only for nuclear power.

Looks like the neo-cons will have their favorite Hitler for awhile longer. The consensus of US and other national intelligence services is that there is no evidence that Iran is seeking to build a nuclear bomb, although the average person would never know that from the mass media. As a signatory of the NPT, Iran has a right to the development of a peaceful nuclear power program.

To the extent there is a problem, it lies in the fact that any country with a fully developed nuclear power program could probably build a bomb in six months to a year. This would apply to such civilian nuclear powers as Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, and Brazil. There may be others as well. The most vocal objections to the Iranian nuclear program have been raised by Israel, which refuses to sign the NPT and has an arsenal of hundreds of nuclear weapons.

    Kirt Higdon,

Even if Iran did develop the bomb, I’m doubtful that would be much of a danger – not that I follow Iranian politics enough to understand it.
