This is a must listen. Judge Napolitano interviews Kevin Gutzman and Tom Woods on the constitutionality of health care reform and possible States’ Rights remedies. Napolitano was sitting in for Glenn Beck
An interesting side note is that the video was posted by someone calling himself “therightscoop” and who is represented by a picture of Charles Krauthammer. Does “therightscoop” not realize that neocon nationalists like Krauthammer would be appalled by the direction Napolitano, Woods, and Gutzman take in this video?
