So why do I do it, Red; why do I continue to comment on this (relatively obscure) blog for a reason that is not out of a blind, life denying obsession with race? Well, for one reason, to keep my finger on the scale of discourse shaping. You see, after I (single-handedly) forced the closure of the Takimag comments section this is where many of the regulars washed up. (I’d also like to take credit at this time for forcing the hand of the likes of Richard Spencer, fence-sitter that he was, to choose one side of the fence or the other. He choose the right one. Glorious day!) And as such, despite low traffic, many heavy-hitters and fellow-travelers on our side of the political spectrum visit here and…see what I write. Even the more squeamish ones (e.g., Scallon and Harrison) really do, at least on a instinctual level, wish to preserve their race. It is just that they are fence-sitters. They still have not overcome the anti-racist brainwashing they have been marinated in since knee-high. Even you, as I recall, were attempting to rationalize said back at Takimag with some John McWhorter (if McWhorter cannot deign to recognize the right of race to exist then he is genocidalist trash). It is good that apparently you too have seen the error of your ways.
