I think the Jared Taylor vid is worth a view too. They all are:

I notice that the channel is labelled “AltRightTV” and that the vids were exec produced by Richard Spencer. When I last visited the site, AltRight hadn’t noted the new channel. But I think it’s excellent. I hope AltRight does much more of this — for example at the forthcoming AmRen conference.

Spencer has conducted fascinating radio interviews for AltRight, and these videos have the potential to be even more compelling, as we live in a visual age. They look like CNN interviews. That’s a good thing. It helps make the speakers’ points more persuasive.

I personally found Trifkovic’s piece the most compelling, Derbyshire’s the least. But they all come off quite well on camera.

Just imagine if there were a news network where men like these would be the regular pundits. Call me naive, but if that were the case, I do believe that public opinion would begin to shift, at least a little. The power of professional video in “making opinion” is formidable.

Richard Spencer did an excellent job.

I’m shocked Mr. Turner says the UK population is more trusting than the American.

I also hope that Spencer gets a chance to conduct an interview of this sort with Dr. Kevin MacDonald at some point.

I think some of Turner’s comments exemplify a bit of “grass is greener” thinking. We in North America envy the Europeans for at least having solid nationalist parties (e.g, Jobbik in Hungary, and I suppose the LePen party in France).

Did you know, MacDonald calls himself a “cultural Christian“? I was pleased to learn that.

Really? That’s very interesting. No, I had no idea.

But wait, I think I did just read that MacDonald grew up Catholic (as I myself did), so that makes sense. I’m not surprised to see that many Christian radical-traditionalists were at least brought up Catholic, whether they have retained their faith or not.

Personally, I’d call myself a philosophical Nietzschean and a cultural Spenglerian, but I think that true Nietzscheans can work quite harmoniously with cultural Christians. Our differences are minor compared to the things that unite us. We all oppose cultural Marxism as our sworn enemy, and the slave morality that underlies it. Whether we define ourselves this way or not, we are adherents of the aristocratic cultural tradition of the West:

    Gasp.

    I’m glad to hear that.

Nietzsche’s not the only one to study for elite theory, though. I’ve been told often I’ve misunderstood Nietzsche – I imagine actually reading him would help; but I do think I have a different sense of elitism than he. And it’s not as simple as Christianity v. N, I suspect one could hit him from a pagan and from a nationalist view as well.

I don’t think I’m anything special, but it seems like I am from a different school of thought, an elitist school but not like his.
