Cowardly Sean Hannity Cancels Jerome Corsi Interview
RedPhillips

Posted under "Birther"

Sean Hannity is a coward. This is from Jerome Corsi’s Facebook page:

At the last minute HANNITY CANCELLED — I guess joining Bill O’Reilly to dismiss the “Birthers” — we had keep the first radio for Hannity for 3 months. He cancelled today. STEVE MALZBERG gets the first interview later this afternoon. Call Hannity and let him know what you think.

For those who don’t know, Jerome Corsi’s book about the Barack Obama birth certificate issue was released today. Corsi has A TON of radio interviews scheduled in the next couple of weeks, but Hannity was supposed to be his first interview.

Send Sean an e-mail and ask him why he chickened out. Please be civil.

    Sean,

You disappoint me. You advise the candidates “they’ve got to be tough” you said, “take a lesson from Trump.” You should take your own advice. Instead you’ve made yourself look like a wimp, and, without the decency to forewarn all of your listeners who were waiting for the interview.

You need to redress this, apologize to Mr. Corsi, and your listeners, and, make it up to us all by rescheduling.

Sean…I am so disappointed in you for canceling your show with Mr. Corsi…there must have been a very good reason I hope…But for all of your listeners you must reschedule him back, that is if he will come back…I never expected this from you!!! This person in the White House has to be exposed for what he really is and people like you canceling your show sure doesn’t help with our quest for the truth….Please Sean give us a reason why or do something…this is not like you

    Thank you, Leslie Simmons

    Sean,

Cancelling at the last minute the interview with Jerome Corsi…unproffesional don’t you think? The only reason that I listened to you yesterday. Very disappointing.. We have to listen to Obama almost 24/7 and we cannot listen to someone who has researched him for the past few years because you are too politically correct to give the interview. I hope a candidate becomes available soon for your spine transplant. You were the only conservative hope on Fox…quit watching the whole bunch.

I will stick with Mark Levin… at least if he asked to do the interview …. no matter what he would have done it regardless.

    Cheers…Debi

I can’t believe you cancelled the interview. I will never listen to your radio show or watch your TV show again. I use to think you were a man of integrity, now I think you are a phony.

Sorry people, but I doubt Sean Hannity reads this website. Still I agree with everyone; despite being a supporter of Obama. Sean should have still done the interview.

CT, I don’t think they think Hannity reads this blog. They are just posting the e-mails they sent him.

I sent him one and have not received a reply.

As a Paleo, I havn’t listened to “Hannity” in years. He is an Israel Firster of the highest order, and I can only assume that his first priority of AIPAC this month, requires his unending focus and attention. Even Ollie North asked him to get himself under control as he milked the flag waving citizen during those patriotic rallys. His onterage and costs were akin to some rock star personality……….He is a fraud, an oportunist, and the neocon equivalent of Jessie Jackson!

Let’s face it: When it comes right down to it, Hannity is a mind-numbed, sychophantic, flag-waving, stepford stooge for the existing status quo. The preeminent concern for the REAL people that rule this country is just to keep a sense of order due the shakey status of the dollar and the disenfranchised hordes who are unemployed and broke. This issue will make a lot of people angry, but the only ones who we can complain to are the same ones responsible for perpetuating the crime. Even if it all came true the banks and the corporations would put in their next boy to start anew. Screw Barry! He’s nothing more than an articulate mouthpiece for the same people that propped up Bush. It’s worse -he’s Bush on stroids. I have yet to see any fundamental difference between the last two administrations. Torture, Guantanamo, Patriot Acts, FISA laws, undeclared and now escalating wars, the list goes on and on! Bush & Obama: Same shit different piles. Like Aaron Russo said in his film “America: Freedom to Fascism”: both political parties are like the two mob families that run a crap game; occasionaly, someone might get shot and cause a commotion, but the minute someone threatens the game itself, the supposed conflicting sides unite to perpetuate the scam. Screw FOX, screw MSNBC. If you want real investigatve news discussing real issues, then tune into Alex Jones at http://www.infowars.com………..

    Sean and crew-

While Sean Hannity has his faults serving as a shill for a few of his political cronies, he’s generally a pretty straight shooter. It’s not surprising that his program would cancel Jerome Corsi, one of the most notorious serial liars in the world of bizarre conspiracy theories, but what’s surprising is that his producers would have ever considered airing Corsi in the first place.

It would be helpful if a responsible journalist would do an expose on the mad conspiracy mongers like Jerome Corsi, Alex Jones and his band of crooks, thieves, snake-oil salesmen, and black helicopter boogie-men, Jessi Ventura, Glenn Beck, Michael Savage, and the rest of the looney-toons who divert attention from the real issues that pose real threats to our day-to-day living.

When one considers what the NRLB is doing, how Eric Holder is busting CIA agents, and O-blunder sold out Israel this week, it’s time to push the conspiracy nuts off the cliff and not give them the time of day as they provide the useful idiots the left loves to try to discredit their intelligent, well-armed adversaries who don’t mindlessly fellow the nut theories waiting for the black helicopters on the horizon.

  12. RedPhillips on 22 May 2011 at 2:32 am #

First of all Justin, Alex Jones is a conspiracy theorist. Jerome Corsi is not a conspiracy theorist. What “conspiracy” has Corsi endorsed? The “birther” thing, even at its “born in Kenya” most extreme, is not an allegation of a conspiracy. It is an allegation of fraud and a cover up. People engage in fraud all the time, and no one calls it a conspiracy. They just don’t happen to be President.

Second, how can the President of the UNITED STATES sell out Israel? In order to sell out Israel, wouldn’t Obama have to be the leader of Israel?

  13. Justin Thyme on 22 May 2011 at 7:11 am #

Corsi has widely reported other conspiracy theories — conspiracy theories/false charges of cover-ups, etc. are all symptoms of a body of work based on deception, false attribution, and broad distortion.

I’m surprised the notion of “selling out” would not be clear. That Israel had banked on the United States supporting its need for defensible boundaries inhabitting land it aquired in response to being attacked by hostile neighbors, and now has had its ironclad support yanked out from under it having to fend for itself on this issue is — figuratively “a sell out.”

If one needs things to be spelled out in totally naked language without nuance – there it is.

Regardless, Corsi is not a credible source whether its on his North American Union theory, 9/11, the “birther” issue and much, much more. Clearly, Obama’s support for Isreal is not as strong a commitment as what the Jewish state enjoyed in the past.

Justin, I knew what you meant. You missed my point. Israel shouldn’t be “banking on our support” because we shouldn’t be giving them our support. The US should assume a neutral position with regards to conflicts in the Middle East and everywhere else for that matter. We at this site advocate the AUTHENTIC conservative position of non-intervention, not the Jacobin position of US as world policeman.

Also, Corsi has never endorsed 9/11 conspiracy theories as far as I know. If he has, that’s news to me. And the North American Union is not a conspiracy theory because it is a documented fact. It is probably an exaggeration to imply it is imminent, but that there are elements that would like an EU style agreement between the US, Canada and Mexico is a documented fact.

  15. Justin Thyme on 22 May 2011 at 10:01 pm #

The consequences of the US abandoning support for Israel is simple. The nation of Israel would be overrun by forces friendly to Syria and ultimately Iran. The Jewish people of Israel would be slaughtered. The holy lands would no longer be accessible to Jews and Christians and given the radical bent of today’s Islamic movements, the great monuments to our faith would be destroyed. Israel is a democracy, a noble nation, whose citizens are among the world’s most intelligent and best educated. It would not only seem grotesquely xenophobic to not support them, but our withdrawal could lead to unspeakable genocide.

I am not aware that there is a doctrine that makes one conservative or something else as their is scripture which defines one’s religion. That the United States could function in an isolationist or neutral manner simply is not realistic in a world where our economic interests spread around the globe If neutrality meant the slaughter of the people of Israel, such a position is simply indefensible. At some point, some anti-Israeli sentiments are little more than cloaked anti-Semetism. Islamic socio-political anti-US sentiment is not a reflection of their hating US for supporint Israel. It’s more a matter of they hate Israel as proxy representation of US though some of the hatreds go back to Biblical times.

The notion of a US/Canada/Mexican “union” beyond that which is provided by NAFTA is false. There are no plans to compromise US sovereignty, nor one currency for all three nations, none of it. This is another version of the NWO, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg shadow government theories that are supported only by flimsy conjecture.

A little Google searching will provide lots of documenetation of Corsi supporting 9/11 “truth” concerns — not from left-wing blogs but legit sources. One must pity the book sellers who inventoried his “Birther” book now that the issue has been even more completely solved from all angles.

While Fox News surely leaves much to be desired, even if one of their hosts were actively refuting Corsi on a program such as Sean Hanity’s — just giving a person like Corsi a platform to promote his warped theories gives him status he does not deserve. Perhaps they learned their lesson from giving voice to the New Black Panthers and Shabaz.

Justin, you can’t make policy based on catastrophized scenarios that exist only in your imagination. Israel is perfectly capable of taking care of herself as she does every day with or without the US.

It’s working for Switzerland, is it not?

Ummm… Apparently you missed the recent story about the new wikileaks documentation that CONFIRMS North American Union plotting. Do try to keep up. It makes the debate go so much better when everyone involved is up to date with all the latest developments.

“now that the issue has been even more completely solved from all angles.”

What about the forensic evidence that the long form bc Obama released is fraudulent? The way to answer those allegations is not with name calling, bluster or hand waving, it is with counter forensic evidence.

Can you present me with some evidence that you are in fact a conservative. I smell a concern troll.

    ISRAEL AND ISOLATIONISM:
Israel can take care of itself? Doubtful — they are surrounded by hostile entities as Iran marches forward toward acquiring nukes. What is the Iranian leader’s stated intention regarding Israel? What have other jihad organizations said of Israel? Has not Hamas and Hezbollah the two main political forces in Palestine both overtly and covertly attacked Isreael.

Comparing the United States to Switzerland and how independence works for them to compared to us is complicated by all kinds of issues and that the United States in inextricably involved in the world economy creates situations where international involvement is in the United States’ national interest to do so.

    NORTH AMERICAN UNION
Where’s the source from Wikileaks? The source cited NEW AMERICAN is the product of the John Birch Movement, not known for their voracity. This writer would make a distinction between being conservative, a free trader, a constitutionalist versus a right-wing extremist. If there is in fact a movement to create an American/Canadian/Mexican union beyond Nafta, who are the players? How did they propose accomplishing such a union? Any such act would require all kinds of legislation, treaties, etc. The very notion of it is nonsense if to be presented as a true threat. Somehow, when someone writes a paper on something or gives a speech on a subject where some political heavy weights might be in attendance — suddenly it’s a movement of some sort. How about letting New England and New York withdraw from the union and form a nation with Ontario? They’d all go together very nicely wouldn’t they?

Evidence that I am a conservative — well I haven’t joined any clubs or no one has issued me a certificate as such. I’m not in any nutcase talk-show hosts’ little social club of like minded drones.

I believe in the U.S. Constitution should be applied literally realizing some things have changed since 1800. I adhor socialism, the welfare/Nanny state. I believe in Federalism and American exceptionalism. I am much more concerned that political positions make sense, can be reasonably accomplished, benefit the public rather than passing somebody’s notion of a conservative litmus test. Conservativism turned dogmatic can yield its own ugly form of facism. Without a sense of pramaticism, any political stance breeds extremism which whether left, right, or otherwise is dangerous.

There’s an ugly strain of paranoia within some conservative circles that gets obsessed with strange New World Order type scenarios, notions that flouride in drinking water is bad news (can’t believe a talk show host recently tried to revive that nonsense), secret governments, and all kinds of other nonsense. It’s the stuff that might get some blowhard good radio ratings, but it’s nonsense.

I have no interest in pursuing what a concern troll is other than it’s probably a creature that would should stay under the bridge.

Justin, it doesn’t matter where the article is from. It contains a link to the wikileak document in question. Did they make the link up? Does it not really go to a wikileak document? (Did you even bother to read it?) It is a cable from the US Ambassador to Canada, Paul Celluci. What more definitive source would it take to satisfy you? Jesus Christ?

I had to do some additional searching as the link was broken which took me to a Task Force report. Surely, isolationists would find some of its material objectionable and things could be taken out of context that some blow-hard talk show hosts could make sound quite inflammatory.

The important distinction is a task force report is not a policy decree. Many of them go absolutely nowhere. Some lead to hearings on Capitol Hill eventually leading to treaties and legislation.

I find it commendable that the US, Mexico, and Canada would work together for mutally beneficial goals, but Mexico is such a god awful mess, much of the discussion focuses on ways to help Mexico become more stable and economically viable.

There was discussion of creating a bank which looked geared toward providing investment capitol.

I didn’t read in tremendous depth, but some of the report looked good, some was typcial task force fluff, some looked infeasible, but there’s nothing here that has me worried about the loss of American sovreignty.

They were sadly vague on border issues as I believe issue one is to secure the border and supporting Mexico to clearn up the mess in nothern Mexico.

I’m sure xenophobes would want to kill all the illegal aliens or dump them back in Mexico. That’s not going to happen, but how they are integrated in our society must be discussed, planned and implemented as the current system only promotes more waves of illegals. No one’s come up with the right plan yet. Prosecuting the HELL out of corporations that hire illegals and using those assets to help train and naturalize those immigrants with the greatest value makes sense.

The problem is folks are way too quick to scream amnesty for anything short of rounding up all illegals and dumping them back into Mexico.

Much is to be learned from the mess REagan created uninitentionally.

Strong Canada and strong MExico are absolutely in the best interest of the US. We’re paying a huge price for politicking, inaction, and no sense of direction.

Many unknown heroes were between POW of World War 2. It is very pity but their names will stay unknown because the system of former Soviet Union doomed them on the unknown. It is not the secret that most of soviet war prisoners died in concentration camps of Germany and some of soviet war prisoners died after World War 2 in soviet concentration camps.
My friend Nikolas told me in 1944 when we were inmates of Germany concentration camp Sachsenhausen and lived in barrack 54 next story that brave soviet war prisoners in one camp for soviet war prisoners decided to die but not participated in execution of Jewish people.
Once, in the morning administration of camp forced 50-war prisoner to grave executed Jewish people that lived in the nearest villages. In the evening of the same day some officers and soldiers nearly 25-30 men organized undercover meeting and decided to escape the next participation in terrible action trying to escape from camp running on the barbed wire. The decision was next: three waves of prisoners will run on the barbed wire. First wave – 10 war prisoners, second wave – 10-15 war prisoners and third wave – 10 war prisoners. The distance between the waves was supposed 10-15 meters. Every of participating war prisoners could yourself choose the wave in which he will take participation. My friend Nikolas has chosen second wave.
On the next morning all participants were prepared, the participants of first wave took blankets or military overcoats to cover barber wire. First wave started their death run to barbed wire. Reaching the barbed wire they threw the blankets and military coats and threw itself on barbed wire. The guide opened machine-gun fire. Seconds later all war prisoners from first wave were death. At this time second wave of war prisoners including my friend Nikolas started their death run to barbed wire. The guide relocated machine-gun fire on second wave. Nikolas running to barbed wire saw that left and right 3-4 friends were killed. And when second wave reached barbed wire, third wave started their run. At this moment many of prisoners understood that happened group escape and immediately took the decision to participate in the escape. The guide seeing such situation that third wave transforms in hundreds of war prisoner immediately relocated machine-gun fire on third wave. At this time five war prisoners from second wave overcame barbed wire and run in forest. Later my friend did get in concentration camp Sachsenhausen and in summer 1944 we met in barrack 54 where lived until end of war. The supposition of Nikolas that in this accident died more than hundred soviet war prisoners and later in the connection with this accident were executed many soviet war prisoners.
Nikolas was soviet war prisoner, officer, and year of birth 1920-1922. The scars after smallpox illness covered his face. Other information about Nikolas I have not.
On April 20, 1945 all inmates of concentration camp Sachsenhausen were evacuated except inmates from Soviet Union.
At my and friends opinion we were sentenced to dead in the night. But happened incredibly – Soviet Army that by evening of April 20, 1945 reached East shore of Gogenzollern canal started at 10.00 p.m. offensive in direction of concentration camp Sachsenhausen which was located on West side of Gogenzollern canal, forcing Administration of camp evacuate us, nearly 5,000 Soviet Union inmates.
In this night I and Nickolas lost one other for ever. Also, in this night nearly 500 Soviet Union inmates were killed because had not force to go quickly.
But it is other story – evacuation of inmates of concentration camp Sachsenhausen that ended on May 4, 1945 in area north of Parchim because Administration of camp left us in forest saving own life.
But, also do not forget in World War 2 were very brave men which by dangerous situation were able with bare hand to run on barbed wire and against machine-guns.
Sorry, Fox.News Employee are not brave.

    Sean-
Good work on keeping that shitweasle Jerome Corsi off your show. That shameless liar and all around scumbag has no place in decent society, and certainly not on your program. Here is a man who walks as though he fouled his shorts, and whose facial expression suggests he smelled it. You must be able to do better than that.
